Please join us for our monthly series
Second Sundays: Wine Cheese & Conversation
Sunday, March 9th from 4:00-6:00 PM
Our March topic will be of interest to women and men alike, religious & laity, professional minister or volunteer, as our panelists
Sr. Theresa Khirallah & Dr. Marti Jewell
lead us in conversation about...
"The Role of Women in the Church"
GO HERE TO REGISTER
We’ve asked them to share their knowledge and personal experience as women ministering in the Church. We'll examine the questions: Where are we now, and what does the future hold?
FYI: Sr. Kay Kolb, who recently suffered a heart attack, is undergoing a few weeks of rehab, a couple stints, and some misc. smaller procedures. Her doctors also say that, barring complications, her complete recovery should occur.
The latest news on Monday 2/24/14 from Sr. Pat:
If you want to send her a card or well wishes, please call days to the CRC (817-429-2920) for their address. Thank you.
Meanwhile, your thoughts & prayerful intentions are appreciated.
UPDATE: Dr. Burke, our "PCP," visited with us today and said that it will take some time (weeks) for Sr. Kay to be back up and "running," that we should just be patient. (Easy for HER to say!)
